Jon & Nicole have been married for 33 years. They have 6 children and 7 grandchildren. Family is their top priority and Hidden Springs RV Resort has been a family endeavor from the conception of the idea back in 2015. Jon’s family is from Santa Clara and he has lived in the Santa Clara and Ivins area most of his life. Nicole is from northeastern Utah and came to Dixie College in 1989, she loved St. George and decided she needed to find a local boy so she could stay in southern Utah.  Jon first laid eyes on her in a humanities class and long story short they were married the week after they both graduated from DSC. Jon excelled in woodworking and construction so in 1996 he and Nicole founded their first company Graf Ventures where Jon installed cabinets and finish carpentry and Nicole did all the books.  This line of work led him to the path of becoming a restoration contractor and in 2014 they started another company, North Star Restoration. While Jon was out making a living, Nicole was home raising their children and The Ivins Bench property was interwoven into their family, running cattle and growing gardens was a lifestyle they lived. They love to invite people to the property and Jon would host Fathers and Sons outings. At one of those outings in 2015 Jon was inspired by a friend to build an RV Resort on the farm property. This was well received by Jon’s parents and together they started to make the dream a reality. Nicole went back to school in 2019 and earned her degree in psychology which has proven to be helpful with the human resources part of the business. Although Jon is the boots on the ground during construction, Nicole is the driving force behind the scenes to keep Hidden Springs a reality.  When they are not doing HSRV they love riding their motorcycle, canyoneering in Zion, spending time at Lake Powell and traveling to new and exciting places. Nicole used to say "if this project ever becomes a reality it is only because God wants it to happen". Well nine years later you can see God’s hands all over it.  Along with their family, Jon and Nicole are ecstatic to welcome guests to the beautiful Hidden Springs RV Resort.
