At Hidden Springs RV Resort, these six owners’ passion for honoring their family's legacy has transformed a cherished farm into a tranquil oasis blending nostalgic charm with modern comforts. Their commitment to preserving the land’s beauty while providing contemporary amenities is evident throughout the resort. With a personal touch and genuine warmth, they've created a haven where guests feel at home, embodying the resort’s ethos of heritage, harmony, and happiness. Jon & Nicole Graf
While Jon was out making a living, Nicole was home raising their children and The Ivins Bench property was interwoven into their family, running cattle and growing gardens was a lifestyle they lived. Family is their top priority and Hidden Springs RV Resort has been a family endeavor from the conception of the idea back in 2015. Nicole used to say "if this project ever becomes a reality it is only because God wants it to happen".
Josh & Heidi Gunn
Josh and Heidi Gunn are Southern Utah natives, The two met while attending Dixie State College and now live in Santa Clara, where they are raising their 8 children.
While in the early years of raising their family, the Gunn’s would often bring everyone to the Graf farm, in hopes to teach the value of hard work, fun and the importance of doing things together.
Gretchen Graf
Gretchen was born in Rhode Island and attended BYU. She met Jan Graf and they were married in 1966. After schools and the air force, they moved to Santa Clara, Utah. This is the town Jan grew up in.
The place in Ivins where the resort is built is called “The Bench” by all of the family members. Jan loved to be up there and spent many hours there. It was his stress relief place.
